This Thursday, August 24th, Clínica Alemana de Santiago won the "Best Among The Best" award in the Transactional Category, and first place in the Clinical Sector in the 2017 National Customer Satisfaction Award (ProCalidad).
The award was presented within the framework of the annual awards granted by this entity, together with Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Praxis Customer Engagement, based on a study that measures the Índice Nacional de Satisfacción de Clientes (INSC - National Customer Satisfaction Index) in 35 sectors and 128 brands, gathering the opinion of 40,000 consumers.
During the awards ceremony held at the Intercontinental Hotel with more than 300 guests, Clínica Alemana's commercial manager, Carolina Jara, explained that “the great credit of this award goes to our collaborators. It is they who have made us an institution focusing on satisfying the healthcare needs of our patients, delivering medicine of excellence and conveying attributes of great relevance, such as assurance and trust".
