Chile3D Study: Clínica Alemana has been ranked by Chileans as the highest valued clinic
Having scored 673 points, the institution outdid the other facilities in its category based on the excellent evaluations of attributes such as prestige and innovation.
As in 2016, Clínica Alemana ranked first in the Clinics category, according to the latest issue of the Chile3D 2017 study, conducted annually by GfK Adimark.
This year the sample was extended to include 4,800 men and women, over 15 years of age, living in the 39 most populous cities in the country. A total of 432 brands were considered, divided into 92 consumption categories. Taking into account the scope and prestige of this study, the survey provides a complete X-ray of the behavior of Chileans and the bond they establish with the brands.
The model used in this study is known as ICM® Brand Capital Index (score ranging from 0 to 1,000 points) and measures the perception of consumers regarding the dimensions of prestige, affection and visibility. The Chile3D study is based on face-to-face household surveys, conducted during January and February of this year.
The attributes assessed included concern for customers, prestige, variety, price, leadership, quality and innovation, among others. The score obtained by Clínica Alemana was 673 - making it the clinic most highly valued by Chileans – and higher than last year’s evaluation by 103.
“The result of this survey, which fills us with pride and joy, reflects the effort and ongoing work carried out in order to improve the care - both professional and human – provided in our Clinic. In addition, it is an encouragement to continue along the leadership and excellence lines we have followed in the health sector, since our main objective is to satisfy the needs and expectations of patients,” explained Carolina Jara, the Clinic’s Commercial Manager.
