Customer Experience PXI Ranking: Clínica Alemana ranked first in all categories
This is the first time that a health center reaches this position in the general index, which includes more than 120 companies from all sectors.
This year, Clínica Alemana was among the first-place winners in all the sectors evaluated by the Customer Experience Ranking, Praxis Xperience Index (PXI), a study conducted for the ninth time by the consulting firm Praxis. *
The index included the participation of more than 120 companies grouped into 24 service areas. It is based on a methodology that analyzes the concept of experience, i.e., the “customer experience” is measured in three dimensions: functional, operational and emotional.
The sampling was conducted between July 2016 and June 2017. In order to carry out this study, 300 telephone surveys were conducted for each brand, where questions were asked such as “Were all my needs taken care of? Was it a simple and easy experience? Was it a pleasant experience?”
In this regard, Clínica Alemana’s General Manager, Paula Ithurbisquy, said that “we are proud of our first place in all the categories evaluated and even more so of being the first health institutions to achieve this position.
