“Best Among Best” and first place in the Clinics Sector

In this version of the Customer Satisfaction National Awards,Clínica Alemana obtained the highest honors and the first place in theClinics Sector.
The recognition was presented within the framework of the annual award delivered by this entity, together with Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Praxis Customer Engagement, consultants specializing in the measurement, design and management of customer experience.
This year, the National Customer Satisfaction Index (INSC as per the acronym in Spanish) measured more than 134 Chilean service companies, grouped into 33 economic sectors, and collected the opinions of 41,000 customers.
The purpose of this award is to recognize large companies that stand out in their respective sectors analyzed by the INSC, based on their performance and dedication in the areas of customer care and services. In this sense, Cristián Piera, Clínica Alemana’s General Manager, explained: “The current digital and cultural transformation, the use of artificial intelligence in data, and the coexistence of five analog and digital generations, impose upon us a great challenge and an opportunity we are embracing with excitement and perseverance.” On behalf of Clínica Alemana, the awards were received by Cristián Piera, General Manager; Adriana Reszczynski, Manager, Outpatient Services and Branches; Maritza Navea, Director, Nursing, and Dr. Bernd Oberpaur, Medical Director.
At the ceremony – held at the “W” Hotel in Santiago, - Cristián Piera said that “our institution’s leadership is the result of non-stop work on key components including humanity and compassion, and patient-focused care”. He also stressed that one of the main strengths of the Clinic is a highly qualified and engaged team. “For this reason, the great merit in getting this award belongs to our people,” he concluded.
These types of instances strengthen Clínica Alemana’s contribution to the human, economic and social development of the country.
